Finding a place to rent could not be easier.....Simply use our property search to find a property that you feel is right for you, if you cannot find a property or a locality that meets your criteria then don’t panic, you can register your details and be added to our mailing list that is updated on a daily basis.  Alternatively contact us and we can keep you informed of any future instructions.

Once you have selected a property please contact us to arrange a viewing. At this stage you will liaise with one of our members of staff who will be only too happy to help and give advice of the local area and properties to help you find your ideal home.

We have an excellent selection of properties, from studios to large family detached homes and will ensure that you find a property that meets your specific requirements and allows you to benefit from everything it has to offer. We aim to move you into your property as soon as possible within timescales to suit your needs.

From the moment you decide to take your new property we will be here to give you a helping hand, from sorting out your references to taking care of any unlikely problems that may arise. We will ensure that any of our properties that are on our books will have the necessary and up to date Landlords gas safety and electrical certificates supplied by both Corgi & NICEIC approved fitters and suppliers, giving you that extra peace of mind.

Throughout the duration of your tenancy Backfields will hold your bond/deposit securely in our client account. It is now a legal requirement (as from April 6th 2007) that any landlord or agent holding a bond/deposit has to register that bond/deposit with one of three schemes.
