Blackfields Ltd offer Landlords and property developers a professional and efficient service. We can provide comprehensive services from simply Tenant Find to Full management or a tailored service to suit your requirements. We currently manage a number of residential portfolios on a national basis, comprising over 500 properties.

Option 1 - Let Only Service

Available for the landlord who wants to manage their own property once a suitable tenant has been found and placed by Blackfields. We can offer assistance if required with any optional extras charged accordingly.

Option 2 - Full Management Service

This is our fully inclusive service, suitable for landlords who wish to simply take the hassle out of renting their property or portfolio with Blackfields managing all aspects of the tenancy from advertising, arranging accompanied viewings, leading to introduction and screening of prospective tenants. If all areas are satisfactory then we will prepare and agree the tenancy agreement and place the Tenant.
